    Great quality and design. Had a different model made by you for about 2 years. It did not wear out but we liked the design of this one because of the cat "house". The old one showed wear but was in good shape so we donated it to a cat rescue facility.

    Took 1 star away because I didn't receive the dark brown color shown. Received a light beign/brown. They should remove the dark brown image if not available. Box was too large to send back.

    I liked the wider poles on my first condo better I think made it more sturdy but other wise very nice condo made well asked for beige carpet relieved brown

    Problem with boxing. Upper section was hanging out side of box about 8 inches. Had to cut box apart to get tree out. My 2 toys were crushed & unusable. Screwed upper section to lower & went together ok. Need to box up better.

    My boys LOVE the tree! The platforms are a wonderful size for big guys. One of my guys curled up in the house before I even got the shipping box cleared away. The construction quality is excellent— this thing is rock solid. The carpet and sisal are standing up well, and the carpet is WAY easier to keep clean than the weird fake fur stuff on so many mass-market trees. Assembly VERY simple. I couldn’t be happier with this tree, and neither could my guys!

    This is the 2nd cat tree I've purchased. They're wonderful because they're sturdy & I don't have to worry about them tipping with large or multiple cats.

    i have been looking for a long time for a solid wood structure. nobody makes them anymore. and the ones you really have to put together do not hold up long. this product can 99% assembled only had to add the top part of the tower.

    Wonderful experience! I placed an order late on a Wednesday and UPS delivered it at lunch the following Monday. Very well and extremely easy to assemble; just screw in the top piece. My 2-year female was in the top before I had finished screwing it in. My 13-year old male has claimed the top of the condo and my 15-year old female has claimed the inside of the condo. All cats will visit all levels. Very little "new carpet" smell. The 15-year old female has allergies and it hasn't bothered her a bit. Couldn't be happier with the product.
