    Great product!

    Published by Deanna

This cat tree cams pretty much put together so assembling the top tier was easy using a drill to put the four screws in. It would have been much easier if there had been ore-drilled holes but thankfully my son was here to help me with it. My cats love it and are on it every day whether sleeping or simply playing. Great purchase!

    3 bed cat tree

    Published by Deb Achs

This company makes the sturdiest trees with the best! I used to buy them when I lived in AZ and was happy to find they shipped to NY! Each bed is extra deep for the cats to curl in. (The only thing that needs to be rechecked is the drill holes for the top bed to be installed.) Overall best trees around!

Cat condo for larger and older cats

    Published by Marilyn

OMG! This is the best tree I’ve ever bought! All 4 of my cats love it. Being so sturdy, it doesn’t tip when my big cats jump on. It’s stable when my acrobat climbs up the main post to the top perch. It’s sturdy, stable, real carpet that holds up, absolutely NO smell. They use all three levels daily. My Older tubby cat uses the lowest perch with no problem. And. Lo and behold, it comes almost totally assembled! All we had to do was screw in the top perch! We totally recommend the cat condo.

I've bought my cat a cat tree before and she never went in it but this is the first time she has actually gotten inside. It is also really sturdy and goes well in my living room.

    Premier Kitty Cat Tee

    Published by CG

Everything about this cat tree is amazing except one issue. Putting the top bed on the tree to complete it would have been greatly appreciated if the manufacturer would have pre-drilled the holes in the post where the bed needs to be attached. Using a drill as recommended is a good suggestion to know ahead of time to prepare for the assembly of the top bed. For those of us who don’t happen to work around wood all the time it was an excellent suggestion. But trying to line the holes and screws up together took longer than anticipated (4 minutes turned into 40 minutes) and two people were needed to attach it to the post. We managed to complete the task at hand. But would’ve liked it to have been easier to accomplish. Overall, my cat loves the tree. She’s a large Burmese and fits nicely into all three of the beds with room to spare. Makes her very happy. Which makes me happy. Thank you for standing by your products and making the cat trees sturdy and well worth it! I gave a rating of 5 stars for quality and good taste. But it would’ve been great if the post had been pre-drilled for easier installation. Thank you.

    Three Tier Cat Condo(s)

    Published by Bill Swain

Just received our third set of three tier Cat Condos. Ours last about three years before our “kids” totally wear out the scratching posts (happily they don’t scratch anything else).... They love the perches. The units are well constructed, balanced, and strong. If I had one suggestion it would be that the factory drill a small pilot hole in the top support post where the third perch is mounted (by owner). The perch base already has a hole... with a hole in post the perch could be centered quickly and perfectly (I actually used a 2-1/2” lag bolt in ours with three screws on the parameter ). The “guide” hole would also assure that the stabilizing screws on the top are centered.... On both our new Condos the 4 screws were over 1” off center to one side... not around the center point. A VERY simple suggestion to employ at factory. Other than that they are 5+

    Good quality. Sturdy construction.

I ordered grey but received beige which is disappointing since I paid a premium for grey. It’s too big to return ship so I’m stuck with a color that does not blend well with my interior.

    Cats Love It-I’ve got blisters

    Published by Sue Ann

This is my second cat condo I’ve gotten. My cats love both of them and use the scratching post portion consistently. The first condo I got was a taller and putting it together was a breeze. Posts were predrilled with metal fitting both male and female to attach them. Very stable. The second post is a bit smaller and I expected the same sort of assembly. This one was not so easy. Instead there was a predrilled center hole in the base post and a center drilled hole in the the top platform. (No metal fitting) 4 brass screws were shoved into the carpet of the top platform sort of centered around the hole. No predrilled holes in either the platform or the base pole for the screws. The center hole was much to wide for the screw diameter so I was confused. I was concerned that if I screwed them in they would split the hole if I got to close and if I was too far away from the center they would be securely fastened. My luck they were closed when I tried calling them for help. I couldn’t find instructions for my post on their web site. So I took a chance and with a hand screwdriver I screwed in the 4 screws...they were about 2.5 in long and doing it by hand was difficult. I have a drill but didn’t want to make a mistake and get the screw either to close or to far from the center. In the end I got it together, it is stable and the cats love it. The next day I got a return phone cal from catcondo’s and they confirmed that the way I mounted the platform was correct. They said they expected customers to use a drill, and directed me to where i could see the instructions on the web site. Couple of suggestions. A. Include a sheet of instructions in the box or a note with a direct link to the on line instructions. B. In the product description include a quick list of what assembly is expected and what tools are necessary. If this were my first purchase I probably wouldn’t purchase again. However, I was so impressed by the ease of assembly of my first larger condo my expectations were high on this second one. I didn’t read the reviews prior to purchase or I would have seen that others have struggled with assembly. I am pretty proud of myself as a 73 year old putting this together by myself! LOL I’ll continue to do business from this company and recommend them to others. Their product is sturdy and well made for the price.
