My cats inspected and immediately approved! Well made and very stable, even for two crazed kittens. Yes, it would be nicer if the top tier were easier to attach but still... My kitties and I highly recommend!

The final product is lovely and matches my furniture! But it was impossible to screw to top layer as instructed so we nailed it on. Hoping that works for longevity. Called customer service but never got a return call.

Very nice tree the only complaint is attaching top tier is very difficult to attached. Screws do not want to go all the way down the top piece wobbles because of this problem. Probably would not buy again

Excellent product and great value

We’ve had this cat condo for a year now. It’s held up very nicely in our household of 5 cats, plus a kitten who occasionally visits and likes to scale the poles to get straight up to the top level. It was mildly difficult to install the top platform, but that’s a one-time task. The cats love it, and I’ve never felt like it might collapse or tip over. We upgraded to the sisal rope on all poles, which seemed a bit pricey & it led to some hesitation but the base price on the unit was a great value compared to products at brick & mortar pet stores, and we have zero regrets. Highly recommend this product!

Purrfect for our 3 cats! The baskets are even big enough for our 20-pounder to curl up in. Great design and workmanship, it's a handsome addition to the catio.

Almost perfect

It is almost exactly as expected. The size of each platform is nice and big, and my cat loves jumping between them. However, the lack of pre-drilled holes to install the top piece was inconvenient (I read the reviews and knew to expect this, but it would have been preferable for them to be pre-drilled), and there are visible staples at the top corners of the opening to each platform. I'm assuming it's to secure the carpet, but I feel like they could have been more carefully applied so as not to create sharp edges for my cat. It's also a little wobbly if my cat jumps directly to the second platform.
