Extremely sturdy and well made! The house is a little “snug” for my old cat and he can’t lie in it! However, I would definitely buy from them again as the quality is, well, puuurfect!

Delivery was within a week. Arrived in perfect condition. Very sturdy and heavy. I have an outdoor cat, so tree is placed in an inclosed deck. It sits on a small table to give it more height. It took several attempts (and catmint) to get my cat to climb in hammock by herself. The Pagoda is inclosed on 3 sides, which I hope she will take to during the winter. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

This product is so cute! It was delivered so fast and easy, all I did was open the box and it was all assembled. Very well-made and my two cats were instantly curious. They now play/sleep on it everyday- also they have now started scratching this instead of the couch which was the plan all along. Very sturdy (I have hardwood floors). I suggest putting this near a window so your cat and look out and have a place to hide/stalk.

These condos are incredible. The material is very high quality and you can tell they're built to take a lot of abuse and it's very cute. Do yourself a favor and buy this product line, company is great and won't let you down. Everything comes assembled so you just unbox and put it where you want.

Instant favorite with all the cats. For the kitten, large enough to be a challenge. For the older cats, manageable and comfortable. Like all New Cat Condos products, super well made high quality materials. Looks really cute too.

Not only is the price to Quality exceptional the product is outstanding! The tower came assembled which was a great surprise :-) Amazing quality product built with wood and plush carpet, glad we went with blue. It really stands out in the corner. If at anytime we need another tower, we’ll definitely order from newcatcondos.com again!
