    My cats like this for outdoor viewing & cat naps. The full sisal post is nice as my cats use it every day. You do need scratching post or boards in every room. Construction is well done. This would not be for the very large cat. The lower perch is narrow. The top perch is wider and could seat a large cat. It has been stable free standing, no wall for support.

    I will start by saying that the perch is a good size and looks well put together. My cats are still adjusting to it. That being said...The original shipping information showed that it was coming Fed Ex but listed a UPS tracking number. There is supposed to be a ball on a rope that is attached under the top perch, however, the one we received was broken in half leaving jagged edges so we removed it so it wouldn't harm our cats. Carpet strings were hanging off all over and we needed to cut them off. Overall it's a decent product and we are pleased with our purchase.

    Super great quality, cat could not be more pleased. Much better made than our prior one which we got a major pet store. Our prior one kept shedding carpeting while this one is barely done so. Also nice having multiple scratching posts. Company was great to deal with.

    I love this perch & so do my cats! When I lived in AZ I used to regularly purchase from the warehouse. So happy that I can still order and have shipped to TX. Will definitely be ordering more in the future!

    We have Maine Coons. We wanted a perch to put in the kitchen so they could see out the window. This perch is pretty small for a MC...quite a bit of overhang!

    Just what I needed as a feeding area for two adult cats. It’s sturdy, well made and just the right height to keep my little dachshund from getting to the food.

    I've ordered from New Cat Condos before so knew this would be a high quality, sturdy cat tree. I so appreciate (as does the husband) having a tree arrive already assembled & ready to go. Our 2 cats love their new tree. It is not too tall & doesn't take up a lot of floor space. It does just what I need it to do...give the ladies a place to sharpen their claws (on sturdy sisal posts) & lounge peacefully in the sun.
