My husband barely got condo out of the box (only assembly needed was the u-shaped perch on top) and my cat was already on it! He knew it was for him. High quality, well made, & very sturdy. This product will last for many years to come.

My cat loves this. She sits on the top perch and looks out the window at the birds, rabbits and anything else that walks by. She also enjoys napping tucked away in the condo. Customer service was also friendly, fast and efficient when I reached out to ask about the length of time it was taking to get the items in my order.

Just adopted two 7 month old tabbies and they love their new napping spot. Just had to screw the topmost "u" into the slot and setup was complete. Very sturdy. Both of the little ones have jumped onto and from the top perch and no shaking noted. It also fits nicely into the corner.
