Great smaller cat tree. Cats love hiding in it when they play. I've been buying cat trees from this company for 4 years. Carpet is good, but there's always a pile of carpet pieces on the floor. The good thing is that the cats use it. I don't know of another carpet that wouldn't shed. I've never received one reply email from this company, nor have I received any coupons/coupon codes for signing up; yet that's what the "sign up" option says. Overall, very sturdy products. Far superior to fabric cat trees.
