This is our second cat tree we have purchased from this company. It is well made and great price. Our 2 cats sleep in it all the time and the height allows them to look out our windows. Shipping was fast.

I have a 10 year old cat who thinks she's still a kitten. She loves her new cat condo. The platforms are placed perfectly. She has no problem climbing to the top most perch for her daily naps. Shipping was quick and assembly was easy.

This is actually a zero star review. Tower sku #190409 Purchased May 2023 arrived defective an the company remains silent as of the end of June 2023. I own 3 other towers from this company purchased a few years back that are all in better shape an we are happy with those. We can only guess what has happened to what USED to be a great product. This tower is poor quality. They do not have any customer service. There is no phone number an they do not answer emails.

We have 2 older towers from New Cat Condo an happy with them. May 2023 a new tower arrived defective that is nothing like the old quality. We immediately contacted the company with no reply to address the defective product. We have written many letters asking to be contacted an heard zero reply. The poles wobble an lean. The top round bed screw assembly is pushing out of the carpet an is a lumpy mess. The carpet quality is horrible an will not last at all. We are completely dissatisfied with this product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My 6 month old kitten, Bindi, loves her new condo. She helped in assembling the tower by sitting on each section as it was added. She sits on the upper tiers to view her outside domain. She also does most of her napping there as well. Thank you for a quality product that is made in the USA.
