We purchased our second XL Cat Condo (gray), and precisely as with the first one, my cats love it. Often times one is asleep inside and the other on the top. The structure is completely sound and safe. I highly recommend.

Cats love em. Perfect for outside placement under the eaves where it stays dry. Bargain priced. I was disappointed that it is impossible to place an electric heating pad inside. Very happy with these despite that.

This condo is huge so be sure you measure and have the space for it. I bought this condo with a dual purpose in mind. I wanted my 14# cat to have plenty of room to lounge and hide away in comfort. I placed the condo at the end of my bed with a second purpose to serve as a stepping place for my cat to climb up on my bed because she' s having difficulty jumping up on my bed from the floor. This condo serves both functions well and even though it's really bigger than my cat needs I intend to keep it. Very happy with my purchase.
